How to be more efficient: stop ‘precrastinating’

We are all familiar with procrastination – but what is “precrastination” and why can it be just as bad for your productivity? According to David Rosenbaum, a professor of psychology at the University of California, Riverside, procrastinators tend to rush into tasks in the effort to get everything done, which can lead to mistakes and a badly balanced work day.
