We can all be a little guilty of procrastination. (Especially when working from home and the boss can’t see the cat videos or doomscrolling over your shoulder….). And procrastination has often been linked to poor time management. However if you know that you should be working, know that you are eating into the time you have allocated for a task, chances are it could be that your stalling is down to your emotions and not your scheduling skills.
